• Our Manufacturing Unit

Our manufacturing unit is spread across 9000 sq. ft. where we have installed all types of advanced arrangements. The production unit has latest machines installed, which helps us delivering quality range of products. Absorbent Cotton, Absorbent Gauze and Roller Bandages are manufactured in our production unit in large quantity.

In order to operate the machines, we have employed skilled professionals. A technical team is always ready to repair the machines in case of any breakdown. The machines are upgraded from time-to-time, so that we are able to maintain pace in this competitive scenario.

• Warehousing and Packaging

We have a capacious warehouse, which is segregated into different departments due to which we are able to store our range of Absorbent Cotton, Absorbent Gauze and Roller Bandages in bulk quantities. Our organization also has separate section to store the raw material, which is used in production. We have appointed experienced supervisors to manage our store house. These supervisors are responsible for maintaining the inventories inside the warehouse.

Packaging being an important activity lies in our priority list. We pack our cotton packing products using superior quality material to keep these safe from dust and dirt.

• Our Infrastructure

We have a highly constructed infrastructure department that assists us to meet the urgent, large and customized needs of our cherished customers in an ordered way. Encompasses assorted sub-units such as manufacturing, quality-testing, research and development, warehousing & packaging, R & D, etc.

These sub-units are carefully supervised under the strict direction of our knowledgeable personnel. These units are well-fitted with modern technologies & machines, which extremely assists us to offer the best quality array of products according to the exact demands of customers.
